The first in what has become a series of Captain Cannabis business cards was created as a quick and convenient way to spread the word about the project. It followed on the release of the 420 comic book and worked well as hand-outs at conventions, film festivals and business gatherings; I made sure to drop off copies in the shops along Sunset Boulevard whenever I was in town. From those humble beginnings a tradition arose whereby a run of cards is printed coincidental with the release of something new and noteworthy. Cards are given away free with [website] purchases and are very poplar at convention appearances. Over the years I've noticed they've garnered a sizable following with people seeking me out at appearances to grab their copies of the latest. There are favourites with Captain Cannabis No. 1 being the most popular causing some to get gobbled up quickly. As the number of cards and new fans has grown so has interest, which is what brings us to the Captain Cannabis Trading Card packs as the best way to get a jump-start. Each pack contains a random assortment of available cards in a re-seal-able 4.75" x 3" see-through bag with a display cover-card. Captain Cannabis Trading Card Fronts This is a chronological list of cards that have been issued with their release dates. Some have had multiple printings with minor changes that aren't notated, so there are variations beyond what's detailed here.

Captain Cannabis Trading Card Backs While not as variable as the fronts the backs have seen changes along the way. The message is always the current log-line associated with the project, so it has (and will continue) to evolve with time.
